Detailed Description: This semiauto welding production line is composed of straightener, bending machine and flat truss girder welding and so on. Straightener mainly straight coiled steel wire and cut it in fixed length. Bending machine will bend the straightened steel wire to figure Z-shaped. Flat truss girder welding machine mainly dotted welding the figure Z-shaped wire and two straightened line ribs together.The production line is mainly applicable to the function of flat truss girder welding of Φ 5 (line wire) + Φ 5(Z shaped wire), the material of Φ5 round low carbon steel wire.
